“As a little girl I would clip beautiful, inspirational interior pictures from my mother’s home magazines, creating collages of spaces I could only dream of designing. Construction was always in the backdrop growing up — my father is a custom home builder. I loved looking over his architectural plans, the smell of cedar at the job sites, and thinking how fun it must be to build these beautiful, custom spaces.”
