Design consultations: $150–$400

If you need targeted help — the right sofa, a lighting plan for one room, a second opinion before you commit — a focused session with a designer solves it. We offer three levels.

Mini Consultation, 30 minutes — $150. Whether you're envisioning a complete transformation or looking to elevate your existing space, this personalized design consultation offers expert guidance tailored to your home and lifestyle. Together, we'll refine your vision, explore curated design solutions, and create a clear plan that reflects your aesthetic while enhancing the way you live.

In-Studio Meeting, 1 hour — $300. We'll help refine your vision with thoughtful design expertise, offering curated recommendations and creative solutions tailored to your space. From space planning and color palettes to furniture selections and finishing details, every recommendation is personalized to reflect your style and enhance the way you live.

On-Site Visit, 1 hour — $400. Two of our designers will visit your home to take measurements, capture photos, and document every detail across three or more rooms. Following the consultation, you'll receive a personalized design proposal thoughtfully tailored to your space, style, and project goals. This comprehensive consultation provides the ideal foundation for a cohesive, beautifully designed home.

Full room design: $900+ per room

This is the sweet spot for most Kansas City homeowners. A complete room design — cohesive palette, furniture placement and sourcing, window treatments, a floor plan, two 3D renderings, a design board, and a shopping list — starts at $900 for smaller rooms at our studio, with larger rooms quoted by size and scope.

Per-room pricing matters because it puts you in control: design the living room this year and the primary bedroom next year, with no whole-home commitment.

Remodel design: $1,000+ per room

Kitchens and baths carry more decisions — tile, countertops, cabinet styles, plumbing fixtures, lighting locations — and mistakes are expensive once construction starts. Remodel design starts at $1,000 for smaller rooms, with larger rooms quoted by scope, and delivers everything your contractor needs: floor plans, 3D renderings, spec sheets, and a complete selection guide.

A useful rule of thumb: remodel design usually costs a small fraction of the construction budget it protects. One wrong tile order can cost more than the design fee.

Custom homes and whole-home projects: quoted per project

New builds and large-scale remodels are scoped individually, because no two are alike. What we can tell you: clients who bring a designer in at the plans stage consistently spend their construction budget better.
