For new custom homes and whole-home projects, we join your team at the very beginning — reviewing plans, selecting every material and finish, and carrying the design through to furniture, lighting, and styling. Founder Roxanne Baker grew up around construction (her father is a custom home builder), and it shows in how comfortably our team works alongside builders and contractors.
Clients bring us in at the start of a build for a reason: decisions made on paper are far less expensive than changes made on site. We help you avoid mediocre default finishes and land on a home that feels collected, personal, and finished.

For large scale remodels and new custom home designs. We handle the planning of materials and design throughout every space of your project, working alongside your builder from plans to final styling.
Smaller rooms $900+
A complete design overhaul for a room (or rooms) in your home, priced per room so you control exactly where to focus. Want your living room or bedroom to look magazine-ready? This is the package.

Before construction starts, ideally while plans are still on paper. That's when material selections, lighting locations, and layout decisions are easiest and least expensive to get right. We work directly with your builder throughout the project.
